​Our main goal is to place our pigs in appropriate, permanent homes. Each pig has a distinct personality and we want to make sure the pig and the adoptive home are right for each other. Click on the photos below to expand!

Minerva OH Madonna was dumped in the cold and found her way to a home where she was going to be shot soon. She is now safe with a foster. Madonna is spayed, about 3-5yo, and 86lb. Pittsburgh PA Kunekune-mini mix, neutered 8yo, about 140lb. Huck and his two siblings came from a sanctuary that was shutting down. He is sweet, gentle, very calm, and friendly. ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS

Please note that all adoptions are at our discretion.  We reserve the right to decline or deny adoption to anyone for any reason.

The following are required for adoption:

  • Pig(s) will be provide the pig with a secure outdoor area (i.e. fencing), even if allowed inside the house.

  • If the home has a dog, the adopter must agree to keep the pig(s) and dog(s) separated at all times unless supervised.

  • The adopter must be allowed to have a pig at their residence. We may require proof any or all jurisdictions prior to finalizing adoption (including, but not limited to: City, County, HOA, Property Owner, Parent or Guardian)

  • Our adoption fee varies by pig, but often partially covers their spay or neuter.

  1. Submit an application and vet references.

  2. Arrange for a visit at PSR or arrange transport to your home.

  3. Allow a home check

  4. Get excited!
